Record the number of broken\/discarded failures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rinser_Breakage\"><\/span><b>Rinser Breakage<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove and inspect bottles around breakage, throw as required to remove the risk of glass fragments in the glass bottles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Filler_Breakage\"><\/span><b>Filler Breakage<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dispense the product right from the filling head to flush out any glass that may be inside.
